On 24 June 2026, at the Sofitel Dubai The Palm, COMO Residences was named Best High-Rise Project of the Year at the Architecture Leaders Awards 2026. Benjelloun & Partners served as design architect on the tower; the award was received by Dubai Holding Real Estate and Nakheel. The seashell-inspired landmark rising over Palm Jumeirah is also home to the most expensive penthouse ever sold in Dubai per DLD records — a 21,949 sq ft residence among the most expensive sold anywhere in the world.
