Rising 270 metres in the heart of Downtown Dubai's Burj Khalifa district, Fairmont Residences Solara Tower is a sculptural high-rise where structure and silhouette are inseparable. The tower's form is shaped by feeling as much as by engineering — a vertical landmark composed for the skyline that surrounds it.
Each floor steps and shifts against the one below, giving the tower a layered, terraced profile that catches light through the day and softens its mass against the sky. Planted terraces thread greenery up the full height of the building, bringing landscape into a high-rise typology that rarely allows for it — a vertical expression of the studio's belief that architecture should serve the people who live in it.
Delivered for SOL Properties under the Fairmont Residences banner, the tower holds 246 residences across a configuration of three podium levels, ground floor, mezzanine, three basement levels and 51 storeys above — 46,600 square metres of carefully proportioned living in one of the most sought-after addresses in the city.

At the 2025 Architecture Leaders Awards, Solara Tower won the Innovation in Architecture Award — recognising a design that pairs technical ambition with an emotional, human-centred sensibility. The same year, the studio behind it was named Workplace of the Year, part of a haul of eight nominations across the firm's work, and SOL Properties took Branded Residences of the Year for the tower at the 2025 Finance World UAE Realty Awards.
