Hermes Beach Resort

This project completely reinvents and revitalises the standard of the typical international luxury resort. Designed within existing building stock of extremely high quality, it required only a light refurbishment to meet the standards of future guests.

The site is an island — an absolute jewel in the crown of Dubai's various islands — with a unique location, unobstructed views, and close proximity to the city. It has the feeling of a remote island in Bali or the Maldives, yet sits only a 10-minute trip from Downtown Dubai.
