The coal-fired oven is the point. Antique Bar & Bakery cooks over coal in a Hoboken room on Willow Avenue, and the heat runs through the whole menu rather than being reserved for a pizza section — brunch included, where shakshuka and huevos rancheros come off the same fire as everything else.
It is worth noting where it actually is. Several published guides file this restaurant under Jersey City; its own site gives a Hoboken address, and that is what we have recorded.
